Accessibility Statement
Last updated: 5 June 2026
This accessibility statement applies to classdiagnostix.com, the Class Diagnostix web application, and the report pages used to upload spreadsheets, generate reports, review reports, and export files.
Class Diagnostix Ltd wants as many people as possible to be able to use this service. We aim to make the website and app clear, usable, keyboard accessible, and compatible with assistive technologies.
Our Accessibility Aim
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA where reasonably practicable. Although Class Diagnostix Ltd is a private provider and not itself a public sector body, many of our customers are schools and education organisations, so we use WCAG 2.2 AA as our target standard.
We are continuing to improve the service and will update this statement as accessibility issues are found and fixed.
What Should Be Accessible
You should be able to:
- navigate the main website and app using a keyboard;
- use the service at common browser zoom levels;
- read pages with clear headings, labels, and visible controls;
- use forms with labelled inputs and validation messages;
- access core report pages without relying only on colour;
- use the service with modern browsers and common assistive technologies.
Known Limitations
We have not yet completed a full independent accessibility audit. The following areas may need further improvement:
- some complex spreadsheet previews, heatmaps, charts, and large data tables may be difficult to navigate with a screen reader;
- some generated PDF exports may not yet be fully tagged for screen reader use;
- some older comparison or trend report pages may contain dense controls or tables that need further accessibility review;
- some visual charts may need additional text alternatives or downloadable data summaries;
- some uploaded spreadsheet content depends on the structure and quality of files supplied by users.
We are prioritising fixes that affect login, upload, validation, report review, and export workflows.

Preparation and Review
This statement was prepared on 5 June 2026. It is based on an internal review of the service and the current product roadmap. It has not yet been verified by an independent accessibility audit.
We plan to review this statement at least once a year, and sooner if we make substantial changes to the app or complete a formal accessibility audit.
Legal Context
Public sector bodies in the UK have specific accessibility statement obligations under the Public Sector Bodies (Websites and Mobile Applications) Accessibility Regulations 2018. Class Diagnostix Ltd is a private provider, but we recognise the importance of accessibility and the need to support schools and education organisations in using accessible digital services.
UK service providers also need to consider reasonable adjustments under equality law. If you need a reasonable adjustment to use Class Diagnostix, contact us using the details above.
